We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative leader to head up our friendly OD Team as an Associate Director of Organisational Development and Culture and be a senior member of the OD and People Strategy team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about OD and wellbeing to enable our Barts Health Group of Hospitals in achieving its ambition to be an outstanding place to work.

Main duties of the job
Based at our high-spec offices in Canary Wharf and travelling to our hospital sites and enjoying the flexibility of our agile way of working, you will lead on some of the most important agendas within the organisation. You will bring your OD subject matter expertise to lead the co-design and implementation of an overall approach to achieving cultural change and lead the Trust OD team providing leadership, expertise, advice and interventions across our Group of hospitals.
You will lead the Wellbeing agenda working closely with colleagues across the People Directorate, Hospital Executive Boards (HEBs) and colleagues across the wider Trust to deliver our Wellbeing Strategy and to promote and improve the health and wellbeing of our people.
