Job summary
Ward Clerk - Ward B2 Trauma Permanent 24 Hours
We are looking for an efficient and well organised Ward Clerk to join Ward B2, Trauma ward.
Our successful candidate will have good administration skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise the demands of a busy environment, work autonomously, and be able to prioritise and work well within a team, be able to communicate effectively with members of the public both face-to-face and offer the phone.
Main duties of the job
To ensure that patient's medical records are maintained in the correct manner from admission to discharge and also provide an efficient reception, telephone and clerical service to the ward.
