Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join the Community Nursing Admin Team as a Secondment for 12 months as a Administrator. You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the recruitment for the whole of Community and support for the Community Nursing Admin Team Lead, using initiative to prioritise and manage workload.

Be the first point of contact for the Community Nursing Admin liaising with clients, carers, professionals, Trust departments, suppliers and others contacting the Team and deal with these requests appropriately.

Main duties of the job

The main duties include:

Utilise knowledge of IT skills, recruitment for the whole of Community, support for Senior Management and Community Nursing Admin Team Lead as well as other service development initiatives thereby contributing to the continued development and effectiveness of the service and provide support to Community Nursing Admin in all aspects of administration, secretarial tasks and financial/data reports.

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
  • NVQ3 in Business Administration/ Customer Service or equivalent experience
