Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is excited to announce an administration post being hosted on behalf of the Black Country Allied Health Professional (AHP ) & Nursing Faculty.

This is a great opportunity to work within the AHP faculty and provide administrative tasks related to system workforce development groups as well as general administration.

The post is part time and flexible working options will be considered.

Main duties of the job

To provide a fully comprehensive administration service, supporting the activity of the Black Country AHP & Nursing Faculty. This includes coordinating meetings and events, supporting with basic IT and admin for events, sourcing venues, producing minutes and action logs, maintaining databases and producing reports, supporting workforce initiatives and general admin duties.

Essential

  • Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent

Knowledge and training

Essential

  • Good knowledge and experience of MS Office applications including excel spreadsheets
  • Good knowledge of MS Teams to effectively support meetings and online events
  • Good knowledge of IT applications required to support the coordination and delivery of online events
  • An awareness of information governance requirements and maintaining confidentiality

Experience

  • Experience planning, co-ordinating and organising a broad range of activities
  • Experience in handling, analysing and reporting on information
  • Experience of working with and across teams
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience of using various IT packages to support delivery of online events (eg eventbrite, break out rooms, jam boards, mentimeter, etc)
