Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent post to join the Division of Medicine and Integrated Care as a General Internal Medicine Rota Support Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is passionate and a committed professional with excellence in patient care to join our Management Team.
Excellent workforce and rota management is central to the services we provide, ensuring we have the right people in the right places at the right time to treat our patients and support the Clinical Directors and Director of Operations.

The post holder will work within a highly skilled and dynamic team. This highly passionate individual will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and improvement in the clinical and non-clinical rotas within Directorates across the Medicine Division. The role has a large focus on customer relations, safe and effective care delivery, dedicated to deliver financially sustainable management.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will take a lead in conjunction with Clinical Directors, Deputy Director of Operations, Assistant Directorate Managers, and Specialty Leads on the leadership, management and challenges pertaining to the management of medical staff within the Medicine Division. The post holder will provide an efficient and effective support to the Clinical Directors across Medicine and the Director of Operations.
