Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated, and adaptable Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team atThe Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
Provide and assure a high quality of pharmaceutical service:
- Operational management of the dispensary including operational rotas, workflow and the deployment of staff
- Implementation and monitoring of procedures to provide patient focused care.
- Quality audits and service developments.
- Training, monitoring and development of technical staff working in the dispensary. Be responsible for staff appraisals and review staff objectives.
- HR management of direct line reports.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators for the dispensary.
- To assist with the day to day running of the digital and automated systems supporting the dispensary.
- Perform duties of an Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT).
