Job summary

Applicants should have an excellent understanding of the role of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy in the provision of rehabilitation in an acute setting. Experience of working within the physiotherapy or occupational therapy setting delivering rehabilitation to patients is essential, as well as excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills. You will be expected to complete a competency programme as part of your induction.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our busy Therapy department. The post holder will be working across the professions of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to deliver rehabilitation programmes for T&O patients. The role involves manual handling, and an ability to contribute to the out of hours service.

There is a requirement to work on a rota basis to cover weekend, Bank Holiday and extended hours as part of the current 7-day service.

This post is 28 hours per week.
