Job summary
If you have been looking for the perfect opportunity to progress your career in nuclear medicine this could be it. We are offering the successful candidate the freedom to choose the area of advanced practise that appeals the most to you. This could be either Nuclear Cardiology or Nuclear Medicine Reporting. A combination of both would also be possible.
We provide a wide range of diagnostic procedures within our modern purpose built department, offering specialist imaging such as lymphatic SPECT/CT to the Melanoma service.
This exciting opportunity has become available just as the department enters a new phase of development. We have just installed two Siemens Intevo Bold T16 scanners and both of these are high specification scanners capable of quantification SPECT, so there is no better time for an aspiring professional to join us.
Main duties of the job
To work in the Nuclear Medicine department performing high quality diagnostic examinations and to take an active role in the cardiac stressing rota. Offer expert advice and support to the department . Participate in any extended day, weekend, and Bank Holiday service provided by the department.
