Main duties of the job
Assist with devising, delivery and evaluation of medical device and manual handling training programmes to all new and existing staff, ensuring that a consistent approach to training is promoted in line with legislation and management of risk.
To work closely with the core skills and clinical skills Team and contribute to their training as appropriate.

- Registered Nursing/AHP educated to degree level.
- Clear evidence of continuous professional development during the last three years.
- Teaching and Assessment Qualification or relevant experience in medical devices training.
- Willing to undertake further relevant training for the post.
Knowledge
Essential
- Maintain accurate computer based and manual records.
- Understanding confidentiality.
Desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS office applications e.g Word, Excel.
Skills

- Substantive post-registration experience.
- Experience of managing own workload, and others.
- Experience of managing change within the clinical environment.
