Due to career progression and maternity leave, We have some fantastic and exciting opportunities in our Deteriorating Patient team. To undertake the roles you must be a registered healthcare professional with a minimum of 2 years experiencing an acute setting. You must be dynamic and forward thinking. You must be flexible in your approach and uphold the trusts values.
The post holder will be expected to work clinically and deliver education both in the clinical and teaching environments, the ability to work collaboratively with our hospital at night and critical care outreach teams are a must.

Main duties of the job
To initiate, develop and promote a range of strategic initiatives in this, clinical practitioner, teaching and service improvement role.
To ensure that effective evidence based practice occurs with recognition of the deteriorating patient and early treatment at the Trust in all specialties, directly relating to decreasing Sepsis related morbidity and mortality rates and increasing patient outcomes across the Trust.
To provide clinical leadership, expertise and specialist clinical advice and support to clinical staff on the management and care of the deteriorating patient.
To lead and participate in the continuing improvement of services in line with Trust objectives.
To work autonomously and be accountable for the planning and delivery of agreed objectives based on this job description.
