Job summary
The Cancer Services Performance Manager performs an essential function of the Trust with responsibility for ensuring cancer performances are recorded and reported according to National Cancer Waiting Times Guidance.
Providing senior support and expert knowledge to the team of Cancer Pathway Leads and Co-ordinators they will apply expert knowledge to improve cancer pathways and develop sustained service improvement.
They will assist in quality issues within the MDT and cancer pathways, ensuring high standards are sustained and cancer waiting time standards are adhered to.
