Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real difference in patient care?We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Physiotherapist to lead and deliver high-quality service within our new state-of-the-art Orthopaedic Centre. As the Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping high-quality, compassionate healthcare. Main duties of the job
- Work with orthopaedic consultants from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
- Work within a dynamic MDT
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and participate in the delivery of a 7-day therapy service, providing a high standard of advanced clinical assessment, treatment and advice to patients
- Provide clinical leadership to a team of therapists
- Being a mentor and role model, inspiring and supporting clinical staff whilst managing the development of therapy staff and other non-clinical staff and students
- Creating a positive patient journey; be part of a team who influence the patient journey, from pre-operative assessment to inpatient care, and follow up clinics post joint replacement.
- Work with the clinical matron to support patients and relatives in the speedy and satisfactory resolution of queries and complaints about the service
- Ensure systems are in place to continuously monitor, review and reset clinical standards of care. Ensuring clinical practice is research based, and in line with nationally recognised "best practice".
