Main duties of the job

This role requires a customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships. As a Resourcing Officer, you will work closely with Line Managers to ensure they adhere to the agreed framework and timelines for the resourcing process.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is beneficial for this role. While experience with these tools is desirable, we will provide training for our ESR Payroll system and Resourcing Platform, Trac.

Our acute services are provided from Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester. We also offer an extensive range of services at Andover War Memorial Hospital, including surgery, elderly rehabilitation and maternity care.

  • Certificate in Personal Practice, or relevant work experience resulting in a comparable level

Desirable

  • CIPD or equivalent professional HR qualification

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience of working in a Recruitment environment
  • Experience of liaising with staff at all levels
  • Experience of working in a busy customer focused environment

  • Knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions and Systems (ESR)
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems (NHS Jobs, Trac or equivalent)
