Job summary
HHFT Business Intelligence team are recruiting for two Data Quality Support Analysts. The post holder(s) will be a member of the Business Intelligence team, providing a high-quality Data Quality Improvement service responsible for monitoring and rectifying data against key targets and standards to improve Data Quality Assurance.
The role will support the Business Intelligence teams by sharing responsibility and accountability for achieving the standards. This will entail data correction & proposing appropriate improvements to processes; with other staff to achieve results.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the BI team in the form of supporting members of the team & oversight of the team group email account.
The post holder will support the development and progression of collaborative working, clinical engagement, and good stakeholder relationships.
Main duties of the job
- Work closely with the BI Team to ensure that quality of data contained within Trust systems is maximised and maintained to meet key data quality standards/targets. Main focus to correct GP Practice info on Trust PAS system & will also include NHS number compliance and standards on Trust systems.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and credibility of information used is proactively investigated and actions are implemented to resolve and reduce potential risks to achievement of Trust targets and challenges.

- Participate in regular DQ meetings to support consistent practice in the trust.
