Job summary
The successful candidate with will be working within the Department of Elderly Medicine Royal Hampshire County Hospital. Daily duties include ward rounds and MDTs as well as assessing patients who may be deteriorating. The aim is to ensure patients are safely discharged with the right support in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
Working within a team of specialist Consultants and junior doctors in training, the post holder will be expected to initiate and provide sound clinical/medical practices to patients admitted to the Medicine division, whilst supporting patients' family and friends demonstrating the patient is the central focus of care
