An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Enquiries & Marketing Administrator to work within our fantastic team at the Candover Clinic, Private Patients Unit.
You will be a crucial team member and your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running and efficient day to day organisation of private patient enquiries within the Private Patients Departments.
This job is based at BNHH in a hybrid/remote working model.
Main duties of the job
You will act as first point of contact to provide and manage an efficient and effective enquiry line for prospective service users, patients, Consultants, GP's and all other professional bodies.
You will provide full administration support to the marketing team.
You will be responsible for receiving all patient queries, written or verbal. Responding and resolving such queries ensuring patients' needs are met, escalating within agreed protocols as required.
