Job summary
We are looking for an experienced patient safety investigator to assist in the Trust-wide programme of reviewing cases of nosocomial Covid-19 which occurred at Hampshire Hospitals.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to produce concise investigation reports and present these to the Trust expert panel.
This is a temporary post for a period of three months, in the first instance, and we would welcome applications from those possibly wanting a secondment from their current role as well as those wanting to return to the NHS. Full time and part time options could be available. Home and office working options will be considered
Whilst clinical experience is a benefit for reading clinical records, detailed infection, prevention and control experience is not required as expert support will be provided through the investigation panels.
