An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint Band 5 Registered Nurses to work within our fantastic team at the Candover Clinic, Private Patient Unit.
The suite cares for patients with a variety of specialities offering a great opportunity for development and to widen your nursing experience.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be based on our Candover Suite (ward), where we deliver high quality, evidence based care and treatment to private patients before and after a wide range of procedures.
Our service is Consultant-Led and therefore affords the opportunity to forge close working relationships with our Consultant Team.
You will be working alongside our Candover Matron and Clinical Educator on your own personal development programme to achieve competencies in all aspects of the Private Patient pathway. You will have a bespoke competency framework that will ensure your on-going development.
The Candover Clinic comprises 12 Outpatient Consulting Rooms and offers the most up to date MRI and CT technology delivering high quality imaging using wide aperture scanners for maximum patient comfort. Our Diagnostic Centre includes the latest ultrasound, X-ray, Cardiology, Ophthalmology and Urodynamic equipment.

The Candover Clinic has been designed entirely for patient well-being and comfort. Candover Clinic is a stand-alone unit located on the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital Campus. The Candover Clinic compromises an in-patient ward, the Candover Suite and an Outpatient Facility, the Candover Clinic.
The Candover Suite (ward) environment has been created to promote optimal recovery in a luxurious setting. The Candover Suite compromises 22 individual rooms each with en-suite facilities.
Our service is owned and operated by Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Candover Clinic is an investment that provides additional funding to support NHS services within Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust.
