Trauma Unit has an exciting opportunity for 2 staff Nurses to cover maternity leave. If you are looking for a challenge and hold a UK NMC pin then look no further.
We are a 39 bedded ward with a mix of Trauma and Orthopedic patients. The work is rewarding and you will learn alot.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care to a defined patient group either within the acute hospital or community based setting. They are responsible for the assessment, development, delivery and evaluation of evidence based individualised patient care within the boundaries of their role. The post holder will contribute to the continuing development of standards of care including developments of nursing standards and monitoring of outcomes. The post holder will be expected to continue with their own professional development.
