Senior Midwifery Manager - Delivery Suite 37.5 hours
An exciting opportunity hasarisen for an exceptional, committed, and motivated midwife for the post ofSenior Midwifery manager within our Delivery Suite. The individual will work closely with the Matron, Delivery Suite Coordinators, and Medical Colleagues to influence a positive safety culture to ensure that excellent care is provided to the women, birthing people and their families. The individual must have a strong commitment to intrapartum midwifery practice, safety, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to a team which includes midwives and maternity support workers; ensuring the team philosophy promotes and reflects optimal standards of care for pregnant women and their families.

Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and co-ordinate a multidisciplinary team to do the same. ? Leadership and team building skills ? Ability to constantly apply analytical skills to practice. ? Working knowledge of clinical governance and its effect on care ? Ability to effectively manage complaints ?
