This training post has been funded through HEE and is to support the wider Podiatry workforce throughout the South West.
The successful candidate will work and develop their skills in podiatric surgery and the high-risk foot as part of a highly motivated specialised team, providing specialist advice, guidance intervention and care to patients, podiatrists, GP and other health care providers.
Further to this, the successful candidate, if not already annotated for Independent Prescribing, should be working towards completing this qualification during the 3-year period leading to the Band 8 Registrar post. The qualification must be completed before commencement of the Band 8 Registrar post.
