About us
Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a unique organisation, serving as the sole integrated provider in the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire system.
Our scope extends beyond boundaries as we oversee adult community services in Swindon and provide acute care from the Great Western Hospital.
It's a particularly exciting time to be joining us in Swindon. Work has started at pace to bring urgent and emergency services together as part of a £31.8 million Integrated Front Door Programme, as part of our Way Forward Programme.
The urgent and emergency care expansion will be the biggest ever investment to the hospital site and follows the opening of the new Urgent Treatment Centre and Radiotherapy Centre last year, which already represent a huge investment in Swindon's healthcare infrastructure.
We offer a rewarding opportunity to join our ambitious Trust with a mandate to make a real impact on the outcomes of the people we serve.
We strive to be an inclusive organisation and encourage anyone who is interested in this role to get in touch.
For further information or to arrange an informal discussion with Felicity Taylor-Drewe, Chief Operating Officer, please phone 01793 604183.
We look forward to hearing from you.
