We are in search of skilled care worker's looking to step up the challenge of NHS care, join our ambitious team on our sunflower ward based offsite and help us shape our new ward and deliver exceptional patient care.
We are looking for highly motivated enthusiastic people to help deliver and improve both the patient experience and the nursing care. You will be working in an environment that will be a challenge to your organisational skills and one that will enhance your knowledge of various specialties.
Applicants will have experience within a health care setting, wok well under pressure and have a professional, friendly manner. They should be able to use their own judgment to resolve issues and have a tactful, sensitive approach to dealing with occasionally difficult situations. SWICC operates over 3 wards -2 based at Great Western Hospital and the 3rd off site .The roles available will be primarily at the offsite ward (Sunflower Ward) but there maybe rotation to the other 2 wards. All 3 wards operate under the same philosophy of patient centred care and require working with the established multi-disciplinary team.
