The post holder will be working as part of a team focused on supporting the Strategic, Tactical and Operational needs of the team.
Working on a full rotating shift basis the post holder will be responsiblefor assisting the team in optimising capacity, response, in day issues, escalation and resolution of matters and collating data and formulating reports for the duty tactical commander and people and vehicle support hub manager
Main duties of the job
* Assist the People and Vehicle Support Manager and the tacticalcommander in the smooth running of the Tactical Cell, undertakingtasks where necessary to facilitate achieving optimal Resource coveracross the area.
* Undertake tasks and actions as directed by the Tactical Commander* To support meetings and conference calls through minute taking andpreparing reports to a high standard ready for dissemination to seniortrust managers and external stakeholders.
* Receive information and communication from a wide variety of seniormanagers and staff. Escalating issues to the duty tactical commander.
* Coordinate effective handover at shift change times with a particularfocus on reducing late finishes
* Support the team as required in the event of any significant or majorincident
* To maintain, utilise and update any of the databases used for the purposes of the Tactical Cell and develop and maintain electronic databases for audit and monitoring. Participate in ongoing service quality review.

- NVQ L3 or equivalent level of qualification
- NARU Loggist qualification or willing to achieve within 12 months of appointment
Desirable
- Experience in minute taking with recognised supporting qualification (ICSA or similar)
