We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Coordinator in as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Main duties of the job
This is a key recruitment role within the Trust with responsibility for delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders, developing credibility in service provision through key working relationships.
- The postholder will be passionate about customer satisfaction and be able to lead by example focusing on operational and commercial excellence whilst being able to recognise and drive forward service development.
- Ensure management of maintaining detailed records and databases to continuously evaluate and improve ongoing recruitment.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to the Trust's guidelines and current employment law.
- To oversee the day-to-day management of recruitment dashboards, flagging areas of priority and ensuring maintenance in line with departmental KPI's.
- To have supervisory responsibility for Recruitment Officers and Recruitment Administrators.
