As a key member of the Performance, Improvement, Planning and Tactical Operations Leadership team, you will be responsible for the setting and coordination of tactical actions across the Trust to meet the Strategic Commanders intentions.
Main duties of the job
The Tactical Operations Centre are looking for an effective manager with demonstrable experience in delivering clear vision and strategy, to lead on a shift basis the Regional Tactical Operations Centre based in Norwich

The tactical operations centre is a busy, often pressurised environment. As a key member of the Performance, Improvement, Planning and Tactical Operations Leadership team the successful candidate will be responsible for the setting and coordination of tactical actions across the Trust to meet the Strategic Commanders intentions.
The DTC role is extremely wide ranging, and no 2 days will be the same. You will act as a single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders at every level of the organisations, as such excellent communication, team working, relationship building skills and experience of leading teams remotely are the essential.It is expected that you will be able to make evidence based or risk assessed decisions independently.
