When you join us, you'll be working alongside 2 peer Clinical Team Leaders and 2 Clinical Nurse Specialists to oversee the offer of crisis assessment and intervention for young people in Great Yarmouth and Waveney. The CAIST service is cross locality (Central, East and West) and whilst the main base for this role is Great Yarmouth, it is peripatetic, therefore there may be occasions when you need to travel to our other sites.

Feedback from young people and families, identified CAIST as an accessible and flexible service that prioritises service user collaboration and shared decision making.

Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established professional networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.
