We are looking for a Senior Clinical Administrator to join our existing Business Support team. We are ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time basis.
Our Child Family and Young Persons Service is based at 80 St Stephen's Road, in the centre of Norwich and is on all the main public transport routes, with public car parks nearby too.
Our dedicated service supports young people between the ages of 14-25 and in this post, you will be providing admin support to the wider team in order for them to be able to provide an efficient service to our service users.
Our service offers a welcoming and supportive environment and when you join us, you can expect comprehensive training to ensure you understand the different processes and systems we use.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise and spin lots of plates at once, as well as demonstrable administrative experience. We use a variety of different systems, so being confident in IT and with the ability to pick new things up quickly would be advantageous.
You will need to be a focussed individual, have excellent organisational ability and a good work ethic that supports the Trust's values. The role will require management of other staff members so experience of supervising staff will be an advantage.
You will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust systems such as Lorenzo would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.
You should be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
