Are you passionate about leading and developing high-quality mental health services?We are delighted to offertwo Band 7 Community Team Manager posts within our Norwich City adult mental health teams in Central Norfolk locality working from the Julian Hospital site. This is an excellent chance to join a supportive service and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding care for adults experiencing mental health challenges in the community.
These posts are ideal for experienced clinicians who are ready to step up into a leadership role, as well as those with previous leadership experience looking for a new challenge.
About the Role
As a Community Team Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and clinical supervision of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of responsive, high-quality services to service users, their families, and carers. You will provide professional leadership, support service development, and maintain compliance with key performance indicators. The role also includes line management, recruitment, staff wellbeing, and budgetary responsibilities.

About You
You will be a registered health professional (RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent) with:

- Significant experience in mental health practice and multi-disciplinary team working.
- Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust's values.
