Discover an exceptional career opportunity as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist within the Central Youth Teams, located in Norwich. The Youth Service, provides specialist mental health support for 14 - 25 year olds. In our service we support young people who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. We have enthusiastic and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to young people, their families and carers.
The CYP services in Central Norfolk provide specialist mental health interventions to young people up to 25 in the central Norfolk area, as well as providing specialist intervention to Looked After and Adopted Children across Norfolk and Waveney. Currently the CYP services in Norfolk and divided into an under 14 CAMHs Service and a 14 - 25 Youth Service
The area includes a mix or urban communities as well as including the University of East Anglia and the Norwich University of the Arts, both of which bring large student communities into the area.

Main duties of the Job
Delivering specialised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to the youth population , including opportunities for individual and group work.
Collaborating within a dynamic multi-disciplinary mental health team, ensuring seamless integration of care, and providing consultation, supervision and training to non-therapist team colleagues.
Adhering to service procedures, protocols, and guidelines to maintain exceptional standards.
Balancing managerial and clinical supervision to optimise your performance and growth.
