We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team, a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

Main duties of the job

About the Role

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention
  • Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
  • Build upon the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
  • Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating

Essential

  • Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered

Desirable

  • ILM Certificate in management or equivalent
  • Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice

Experience

Essential

  • Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development.
  • Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level including staff management / supervision experience.
  • Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management

  • Ability to travel
