Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Head of Clinical Transformation posts that will lead and manage a focused programme of work however may be required to lead on additional programmes of work as agreed under the Trust's clinical transformation change portfolio of work.
Post one- Head of Adult Community Mental Health Transformation Programme
Post two- Head of Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Transformation programme
The post holder/s will have a strong and recognised mental health clinical background required to drive transformation across the organisation, with a responsibility to oversee the clinical transformation programmes that are clearly aligned with the Trust's Strategic Objectives, and will provide clinical, technical & strong leadership, delivering excellent Transformation and programme results. The post holder/s will work closely with the Trust new clinical and operational Triumvirate leadership framework across the localities to drive the required changes.
Main duties of the job
Responsibility will include leading the designated programme, assuring the programme meets the required timescales and the desired outcomes, managing the project managers (internally and externally) to support the delivery of large, complex and significant transformation Programme/s. The post holder/s will be expected to be flexible and will need to work across programmes as and when required. The post holder will be expected to provide knowledge and input into highly complex operational planning and act as a role model for guiding lasting change across NSFT services.
