Community Mental Health Nurse - Band 6

The City Adult Community Team has been identified as the Early Adopter site for the newly commissioned Personality Disorder pathway which in itself is bringing exciting opportunities for training and working collectively and therapeutically.

Main duties of the job

The City Community Adult Mental Health Teams are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse.

  • Mentorship qualification or ENB 998. Willingness to train to become Signoff Mentor
  • Ongoing professional development working towards degree level
  • Higher degree or post graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice

  • Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience
  • Demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management experience
