Job summary

Communications and engagement is a vital part of this important journey. We want to make sure that our service users, families, carers, stakeholders and partner organisations know what we are doing, why we are doing things and the outcome - how we are improving outcomes and experiences.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with a range of stakeholders and the media. The successful candidate will feel confident in developing and delivering engaging campaigns as the Trust delivers against its strategic objectives.
You would be responsible for continuously seeking to improve the channels through which we engage our audiences. As well as being able to write clearly and accurately, you will have the skills to film, produce and edit videos.
You will have at least five years' experience or training in communications up to degree level. Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust has bases in Norwich and Ipswich, and successful candidates will be able to travel across the two counties.
