Job summary
Central CAMHS U14's are looking to recruit a reliable, conscientious, organised, calm and confident individual to work as part of the Business Support team. This role will be supporting the Clinical Team Managers with management support administration.
The team are based at Mary Chapman House in Norwich and provide mental health treatment to children aged up to 14 years.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and is office based.
Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information which may include telephone calls from individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset.
Training will be given, however previous administration experience is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
