Job summary

Community Mental Health Team - Nurse/Occupational Therapist /Social Worker - Band 6

City 1 CMHT is a friendly and supportive team looking to recruit a Band 6 Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to complete the team.

We can give you a role that brings job satisfaction and challenges where no day is the same, working with a team that prides itself on supporting each other to do the best job we can for people with moderate and severe mental illness.

Main duties of the job

The core role is to provide assessment, treatment planning and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness. This includes assessing new referrals, working with a caseload of service users and contributing to the wider team in things such as FACT and Duty roles
