Main duties of the job

  • Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) is working with its partners, service users, families, carers and staff to further improve and enhance mental health services for the communities in Norfolk and Suffolk.o To achieve our ambitious plans, the Communications and Engagement function atNSFT is transforming and growing to maximise communication and engagementopportunities and is on a continuous journey of improvement and diversification toensure our communication and engagement work meets the needs of our staff,partner organisations, people and communities.o The Senior Multimedia Officer will be the lead officer within the team for thedevelopment and implementation of the NSFT multimedia communication andengagement strategy through the delivery of high-quality digital communications andengagement activitieso The post holder will oversee effective day-to-day and strategic development of theNSFT digital and social media channels, including its website. This will includeproviding advice and support to clinical and corporate teams across the organisationin the management and development of team channels.o The post holder will work with the wider communications and engagement team toplan digital communications and engagement activities and use the latest, most up todate tools and platforms to communicate and engage with partners, stakeholders,patients and members of the public across Norfolk and Suffolk.
