Job summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work in the General Office at Victoria House, Lowestoft.
The position is 26.25 hours per week on a Permanent contract. This would be within Monday to Friday and be on a rota of Week one 3 days and Week two 4 days.
Main duties of the job
You will need to be confident in all aspects of manning a busy reception and switchboard. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be taking calls and dealing face to face with patients, their carers, clinicians and members of the general public.
You will also be required to complete day to day functions of the General Office including cash handling, typing, scanning, filing, photocopying and data input.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but full training will be given.
