Job summary

Are you passionate about parent-infant relationships and looking for something different? Then now is the time to come and work for the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) as an Assistant Psychologist.

The post holder will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and partner organisations to improve the emotional health and development of infants and pre-school children through supporting the delivery of evidence-based approaches. The post holder will also support the wider multi-disciplinary team with service governance and quality improvement projects and assist with service development and promotion.

The work requires flexibility, pragmatism, and creativity.

Our dedicated team is based on the outskirts of Norwich City Centre at Mary Chapman House, and work Monday to Friday, 9-5pm - with flexible working available if required.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-focused team player who is passionate about high quality care. You will be outcome driven and able to work collaboratively with our organisational partners across Family Hub Services, Perinatal Services, CAMHS, Healthy Child Programme, Early Childhood and Family Service, Adult Community Mental Health Services, Health Visiting, and other agencies to deliver a unified and safe service to babies, young children and their parents or carers.

The successful candidate will need to have a BPS accredited MSc in Psychology.
