Main duties of the job
The Suffolk Older Peoples Service will meet the needs of people of all ages with dementias and people with other serious mental health problems who also have complexities associated with ageing. Such complexity might revolve around complex and multiple physical healthcare needs, complex prescribing issues or complex social care needs. It is a community service.
