We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity within our Child, Family and Young Person's (CFYP) Care Group, working within the Dragonfly Unit.
The Dragonfly Unit is a 12 bed Adolescent General Admission Unit, supporting young people between the ages of 13-17 alongside their families.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, who can effectively manage multiple tasks, work on their own initiative and prioritise their own workload. The successful candidates will be flexible, have experience in business and performance management, be well-organised, motivated and dedicated.
This post will work closely with our Performance & Information Business Support Manager and Senior Management Team to support the development and transformation of Children's Mental Health Services in Suffolk and Norfolk.
Previous administration experience is essential and experience of working with senior colleagues, use of ICT applications/packages, diary management, data and excel presentations, minute taking, line management and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for:
o Supporting performance reporting across the Care Groupo Assisting senior managers and teams to own their data and informationo Assist with developing the Care Group Business Continuity and Resilience Plan under the direction of the Business Support Managero Line manage Business Support colleagues and support peers with the same. Lead on recruitment, undertake monthly Management Supervision, promote adherence to Trust Policy, support compliance in all areas and undertake budgetary requirements. o Working with other deputies and BSMs to share good learning and implement new solutions to drive performance in all areas, data quality and continually seek ways to improve Young People's careo Working with the Contracts, Performance, and Information Team to develop robust and efficient reporting and escalation processes
The role requires initiative, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimum supervision to deadlines.
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills are essential to the success of this role.
