Job summary
This role will be to offer admin support to the Older Persons team based at Haymills House, Stowmarket. The Older People's teams provide a range of therapeutic interventions and support to service users living with dementia and/or mental health needs. The teams work collaboratively with a range of other people such as carers, primary care, voluntary and statutory sector partners.
The service will be office based covering Monday to Friday between the core hours of 9am - 5pm.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will attend multi disciplinary team meetings and patient reviews, work with professionals, carers, family members and patients to ensure a high quality standard of care. The role will also include, but is not limited to, answering the phones for the team, creating letters for consultants as required, procurement orders for the unit, raising IT and maintenance requests and clinical scanning.
The successful applicant will also be part of the wider admin team based at Haymills House and will be trained to help cover reception when required.
We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic, and energised with a positive, can do, attitude, excellent communication and organisational skills.
