Job summary
The Recruitment Team at NSFT have a really exciting opportunity for a driven individual, to support the administration and customer service aspect of the recruitment process, from advertising right through to contract issuing.
You will have great administration skills, with experience working on a variety of systems. You will be able to work within a team who support each other daily, but also manage and prioritise a busy and sometimes demanding workload.
We work Monday to Friday 9 - 5 but can offer some flexibility on start and end times. We have recently moved bases to County Hall in Norwich, although we do offer hybrid working, there is a expectation that you're able to attend the office around 2 days a week. In addition to this, we attend recruitment events and support our Trust Inductions at Hellesdon Hospital every other week.

As a busy team we have a responsibility to the applicant and to the hiring manager. We therefore work positively to make sure we provide a high level of customer service. This role will include interaction and communication with others. To many we are the first point of contact with the Trust, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they understand how key good communication and customer service is.
The recruitment team is committed to offering the best possible experience and this requires us to work respectfully with each other and the wider Trust. You will learn about the end to end recruitment process, acquiring essential administration skills in the process. We will expect you to share our passion for achieving excellence.
