Senior Management Support Team Administrator
Supporting the Senior Leadership Teams
We have exciting opportunities to recruit to full time Senior Management Support Administrator positions within the North Norfolk & Norwich Care Group.
The posts are based between Hellesdon Hospital / The Julian Hospital supporting our Senior Leadership Team in fast paced settings.
The role requires strong admin / PA experience as you will be responsible for supporting our Senior Leadership Team including our Clinical / Service Directors and Service Managers with diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports and audit work.
We require enthusiastic and passionate administrators who are able to work with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. These are exciting opportunities for development and progression within the administration teams.
Main duties of the job
Senior Management Support Duties
Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.
Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.
To raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams (across the care group).
Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Business Support Manager (or their deputy).
Provide supervision and training and appraisals to administration staff as identified by line manager.
Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
Acting as a supervisor admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
