We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service In Norfolk and Waveney. This is a shared role working across our Central and West Norfolk CAMHS teams with a main base in either Norwich or Kings Lynn.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be a valued member of a multi-disciplinary team, whilst working autonomously and providing clinical leadership. To enable this you will receive regular clinical supervision and supportive line management.

Main duties of the job

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated mental health nurse with a proven track record of providing excellent, quality care in mental health services. You would ideally be a non-medical prescriber with extensive post-registration nursing experience including supporting and mentoring junior members of staff.

Whilst experience in working with children and young people would make you well suited to this role, we are open to welcoming people from clinical backgrounds who have experience in other areas of mental health.

If you don't have an NMP qualification we can support with a package of training in a specialism training post specific. We are committed to supporting your clinical leadership development including coaching and training.

**This post attracts a recruitment premium of £3,000 (pro-rata for part time roles).
