Job summary

Help us care for the people who care.

We have an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our Employee Relations team within NSFT. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in providing excellent person-centered HR advice and support in the Norfolk or Suffolk area - flexible on location for the right candidate.

Our team of Employee Relations Consultants provide a specialist employee relations and resolution service to managers and staff across the Trust, and follow the whole life cycle of formal ER case work from initial fact finding through to conclusion. With a strong focus on undertaking learning reviews, this role is critical in leading and coaching managers in order to embed a more compassionate approach and organisational culture in the way we care for staff who experience difficulties at work.

The role will require working autonomously, managing a complex caseload and supporting and coaching managers and teams to improve the standard of ER practice, ensuring that best practice is developed and any associated risks are managed appropriately.

Main duties of the job

Who are we looking for?

Most importantly we are looking for someone who has exceptional people skills, as this role requires you to convey difficult decisions whilst having to maintain professional relationships.

If you want to make a difference in people's experience at work by putting people before process, we want you to be part of our fantastic team!
