Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Project Manager to support our cultural transformation work across Suffolk. We have listened to our diverse staff team and their views in the Big Conversation and National Staff Survey and now want to embed these across our services.

Main duties of the job
The post is a a fixed term (12 months) Project Manager (Band 7).
The post holder will be working alongside the Care Group Leadership Team to proactively deliver the cultural change programme.
You will need to have experience in the principles of project management, have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to identify and influence key professional stakeholder groups. The Project Manager will need to facilitate the transition and implementation process, taking into account the behavioural aspects of change. You will need to be able to manage priorities, problem-solve and have the courage to challenge the status quo.
