Job summary

A Care certificate is required or must be completed within first 12 weeks of start date, or relevant equivalent qualification.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for compassionate, positive and energetic individuals who believe in promoting the needs of others.

As a Support Worker you will be an essential member of the team bringing us your personal skills and experience of caring for people to provide activity, personal support, complete observations and engage with people.

However most importantly and in keeping with our Trust values of Positively, Respectfully and Together, we are looking for someone who has exceptional people and communication skills.

***Rollesby Ward Shift pattern:

  • Early = 7am to 3pm (7.5 hours - 30 minutes break)

  • Late = 1pm to 9pm (7.5 hours - 30 minutes break)

  • Long Day = 7am to 7.30pmpm (12.5 hours with 1 hour break)

  • Night = 7.00pm to 7.30 (12.5 hours with 1 hour break)
