We have an exciting opportunity in our recently rated GOOD, Adolescent Psychiatric inpatient Unit, Dragonfly.
We are proud that our hard work and commitment has been recognised by the CQC with a rating of GOOD across all domains . Utilising the guidance of national frameworks alongside a large measure of forward and creative thinking the Dragonfly unit is recreating itself in response to the changing needs of the population. It has the ambition of being a community held provision with the flexibility and creativity to reach outward to provide expert skills and knowledge to the many and not just the selected few. Main duties of the job

The role of Consultant Psychiatrist in developing the community based tier 4 offer will be essential to these ongoing developments.
