We're looking for compassionate, motivated practitioners to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team based at Chatterton House, King's Lynn

Main duties of the job

When you join us, you can expect to be supported by a proactive team.

West Norfolk CRHT provides 24/7 assessments and interventions as an alternative to hospital admission. In this role you will learn how to carry out assessments, risk management, care planning, and co-ordination of care delivery within a well-resourced team, supported with regular supervision and providing opportunities to work in partnership with health and social care, linking into the wider multi-disciplinary service.

  • Appropriate Sections of the Mental Health Act (1983)
  • NMC Guidelines on record keeping and administration of medication and other NMC guidelines
  • General principles of Health & Safety at Work Act

Desirable

  • Able to interpret NMC guidelines to personal liability.
  • A clear understanding of mental health presentations.

Experience

  • Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice
